Property Rules and Policies

Please note that we do not accept children under 14 at the house for safety reasons.

While we are pet friendly we accept a maximum of 1 pet per reservation and charge an extra 50$ cleaning fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your pet in advance.

Also please note that we do not allow any kind of parties, events or loud music.

Payment Schedule

50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 7 days before arrival.

 

Cancellation Policy

All paid prepayments are non-refundable.

Direct Booking Discounts apply only when we approve and confirm your dates through this website.

Privacy Policy: We value your privacy and will not sell or share your information with anyone at anytime. All guest information will be safeguarded and shared only with the property host.
